I could tell her anything. I could tell her bad things I had thought or done and she would not shut me out and get all upset. I could tell her what was going on inside of me and it was ok. Have you ever had someone like that? That is true friendship isn’t it. That’s what prayer is: pouring out our hearts to God. Nothing will ever happen that shocks Him. He knows the future. He loves you and me with a perfect love so nothing we can say or do will ever make him run away from us. He is one that we can draw near to and trust. In fact, the people that God loves to hear from the most in prayer are those who recognize their own weaknesses and their need of him. Prayer is always worthwhile.<\/p>\n
