一。美國離婚率很高有幾個不同的原因。原因之一是美國是個“丟掉”社會——很多東西用一次就“丟掉”。紙杯、紙盤、罐頭都是例子。因此，有人把“丟掉”的觀念用在婚姻上。他們把不快樂的家庭看為正常或標準。朋友、同事、電影明星、演唱家、鄰居和親戚都離婚，所以他們認為離婚就是能夠解決婚姻問題的好辦法。錯了！請愛你的配偶，高舉他，祝福他，鼓勵他、協助他。請你和配偶同甘共苦地培養你的家成為美滿快樂的家庭。
二。中國離婚率越來越高有幾個不同的原因
。中國婦女要求離婚的原因包括丈夫喝酒、賭博、對妻子和家人凶暴。又有人提出夫妻二人，因為工作的關係，所以必須分開住——也會使得婚姻失敗。又有人說因為必須和父母住在一塊兒，不能自立小家庭，所以他們沒有辦法維持家庭，就離婚。如果夫妻二位彼此相愛、服侍、鼓勵、分享、體貼以及原諒，就能夠避免離婚而擁有一個快樂美滿的家庭。

3. Problems in the Home
There are several reasons for the high divorce rate in the United Sates. America is a “throw away” society; consequently some people carry this concept over into the home. Many people look to the wrong examples of what normal homes are. They see friends, neighbors, coworkers and movie stars divorce, so they assume that divorce is the answer to their problems as well. There are several causes of the increased divorce rate in China also. Because of their work situations, some couples cannot live together; instead, they live in different cities, causing frustration to each partner. Numerous couples cannot afford to move out of a parent’s house and live on their own, and so their home is stressed. Divorce can be avoided if each spouse will love, serve, encourage, share with, be thoughtful of and forgive each other.
