您是自给自足吗？很少有人完全自给自足。我们一天到晚都依靠别人——种菜、养猪、做衣服、教书、制造交通工具等。所以为什么有人认为请别人来帮忙表示他不能自给自足？我们每一个人生病时都会给医生看病。当一个人求学就是承认自己的无知和不足。同样的逻辑，我们内心深处意识到我们的灵性不足时，求那位创造人类的上帝帮助我们，只表示他是我们的帮助、力量和拯救。我们不应该以此为耻。但愿我们都能够依靠神过日子！

5. Acknowledge Dependence on God
Many people think that asking for help indicates that one is unable to be self-sufficient. We applaud a person who goes to school, however, which in fact is admitting that one does not know it all. All of us readily seek the service of a physician when we are sick. It should not embarrass us, therefore, to receive help from God, and to acknowledge that he is our refuge and strength.
